People say they don’t have time to meditate …

Does this anxiety wheel seem familiar?  Our culture makes us believe we have to be busy all the time. But taking a few moments throughout the day can save more time than all the rushing around to fix problems.  Even meditating in line at the grocery store, or sitting at a red light can be beneficial. Even better, starting the day with an intention and allowing a few minutes to just follow the breath can make your day better. Instead of checking your social media, sit and clear your mind. Or even before you get out of bed, allow a couple extra minutes. Before the monkeys in your head get their coffee, focus on one thing. Maybe just your breath. Maybe gratitude for something or someone. Maybe send kind thoughts or say a prayer for a solution to a situation.

I’ll keep posting techniques and stories about meditation in this section. Hope you find it helpful!
